「Het Hotel had bevestiging gestuurd voor accoord. Dag voor aankomst stuurde Hakim van Hotel bericht dat hij net de boeking had gezien. Helaas was het appartement niet beschikbaar. Hij zou wat anders regelen. Wij toch naar Hotel en hoorden daar dat Hakim een groep bruiloftsgasten had geboekt. Hij had receptie opdracht gegeven om Buitenlandse gasten af te wimpelen. Heeft ons vervolgens in een “afbraakappartent” geplaatst omdat wij niets meer konden vinden. Wilde 20% meer geld omdat andere complex...

We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. 」
