「Riad is located in the medina with good position. However, the room is full of ants. Our bodies felt very itchy after stayed in the sofa. The most unforgettable thing is I even woke with a dead ant on my face and a living insect on my pillow! After that I found there are serval dead insects on the bed I just slept! Cleanliness need to be improved.」

「This property was very difficult to find, as it is located deep inside narrow alleys where cars cannot access. The rooms were extremely small, and the bathroom was not clean at all—it felt very filthy. Another major issue was the lack of a secure place to store luggage after checkout. They asked us to leave our bags in the lobby and simply said “don’t worry, we have two cameras,” which did not feel safe or reassuring at all. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.」
