「They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. 「The staff are extremely helpful, very polite, always smiling and ready to find the best solutions and answers for their guests. They added a bed to my children room so that my wife and I could enjoy our own separate room (the booking was for 6 people; 2 X 3 beds rooms). They supplied us with extra things that were not included in the breakfast buffet (such as virgin olive oil, sugar free Moroccan tea, etc.) I strongly recommend this hotel in Rabat. 」
