「The location is excellent. Disappointed due to room quality, cleanliness and noise. There are different types of rooms which varied in levels of cleanliness and comfort. We initially stayed in a room that was in poor condition, particularly the bathroom and toilet, which were in an unacceptable state. The bedroom itself was just fine but very noisy. 「Polite, quiet family run property. Rooms and communal areas are very clean, although a little shabby. Plenty of hot water, towels etc. Bed was super comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen has basic equipment but as there are masses of eateries locally, you won't really need anything. Located in a quite area of the Medina, with bakeries and food stalls within minutes walk. A very chilled out and relaxing place to stay.」

「We appreciate big helps from the owner of this riad. One of us got sick and had a fever. The owner gave us a favor to purchase medicines and provided a lot of heated water and teas to us. This riad was decorated with classical Islamic sculptures and furnitures. Each bed was equipped with electric heating blanket which made our sleeping very comfortable. Don't miss rooftop terrace with stunning sunset and medina view.」

「They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. 」
