「The First Suites Hotel is a great option for business travelers. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and the location is excellent. 「They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. 」

「Mr. Shadi was super great. We had arrived in the evening and it was very busy moment with many guests, but he organized everything very efficiently and kindly, then we feel very safe and check-in smoothly. The place must be get high rated. Everything is clean and comfy. 」

「Hôtel très cosy, très propre. Le personnel est très agréable et au services du client. Nous sommes descendus deux fois dans cette hôtel et ils ont une très bonne qualité de service. Je le conseille vivement. Il est vrai que la chambre que nous avions ( pour nos deux séjours s’était la même 😂) était un peu petite et la salle de bain aussi, mais tout était propre. Si je dois mettre une note se serait 9/10.」

「Wonderful staff here. Some examples: the friendly person who cleaned my room and regularly went above and beyond; reception staff who were kind, patient, understanding and ready to help and an outside doorman who took the initiative to come over and help with something when he noticed an issue. 」

「Dining was way too expensive. Dinner cost $45 per person in the basement with no ambiance. Food was OK, but certainly not fine dining. Sheets on bed we slept in barely covered the bed, meaning one of us had to use the extra blanket. In the room we were in #4 we never had hot water. Showers were lukewarm. 」
