「We stayed a week. Three days into the stay, I informed the front desk I would like the room to be refreshed. When we came back to the room, I found towels and bedsheets on the kitchen counter. Our dirty towels were still in the floor. The beds were not made. Toiletries were not restocked. I informed the front desk of the issues at checkout. I didn’t receive a follow up from the Osthoff. Also, we were unable to get the master bedroom temperature correct. Unit ran continually. I expected...

It was nice to feel welcomed and cared for by the owners. The customer service was the best I have had in the Sheboygan area. We will definitely be back!」

「This is an excellent newer hotel in the older section of Sheboygan. It's in a quiet area of the downtown within walking distance of several good eating spots. The spacious lobby includes tables for the provided breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would revisit this hotel on my next visit to Sheboygan.」

「Heck in had no front desk. It was very difficult for my elderly parents who are not tech savvy. They had a very hard time getting g in the room. When they finally got in, the room was great. It was clean and had comfortable beds.」

「I reserved a Basic Room, 2 Queen Beds for 2 nights, 34 days in advance. I paid $10 per night for the extra Queen bed, as I am a FEMALE travelling with a MALE first cousin. When we checked in, there was NO ONE in the office and we were told that the door was open and our key was in the room. We went in and discovered only ONE bed. So we called the number on the office door, and were told that the room with one bed is all they had available. If we wanted to wait until someone could come from...
