「We thoroughly enjoyed the one night we spent on property. The room was immaculate, so pretty and updated. We had a jacuzzi suite. There was really only enough hot water to fill it, then that’s it. Very typical for the country/area. They were sure to provide extra blankets in the room already, as it does get chilly in Cuzco at night. 「We spent one night here and are glad that was all. Even though the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was very small and you could hear everything through the door. "The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is quite cold without heater, it is freezing cold when you are out of bed 4 in the midnight preparing to go out for some tour. Prepare really warm clothes."
