「The hotel did not disclose that parking was extra at the time of booking. We have stayed there multiple times in the past. Also Manhattan is not a major city so to charge guests for parking is a money grab. Also breakfast is no longer included which was also not disclosed at the time of booking. The excuse given was new management. Very disappointing that they waited until I arrived to disclose this information as a result I will never be booking with them again」

「Key didn’t work and we got locked out of room. No one at front desk and no one answered phone when we tried calling. Our room was not cleaned after prior guests. Very limited breakfast with spoiled milk. Not recommended. Stay at a larger chain.」
