The property is definitely old, not modernized however it was clean, beds were comfortable and they served a modest continental breakfast. It was conveniently located close to shopping and highways. The surrounding environment is much older & underdeveloped but people were friendly and didn't feel like I was in an unsafe area. I'd recommend for pricing & proximity to K State and the airport.

The staff is always very humorous professional and knowledgeable and get right to the point they are the best that I've had and I stay in a lot of hotels they are the best especially the night shift it's usually who I deal with that gentleman there it's always a pleasure to go in there and speak with him when I end up getting a room

Very dirty room. The water was running in the tub, it was green, full of water and dirt. The mirrors were dirty. The counters and microwave were dirty. I was completely uncomfortable.
