「The staff was so helpful and attentive to my needs. They were compassionate. The room was simple and clean Dior was the night manager and assured me that if I needed anything she was . I am dealing with serious health issues and the staff responded!! I highly recommend. C. Terry」

「If I could rate this stay an 11 out of ten I would. The only thing to note is the breakfast if you have food allergies. Nothing is labeled and the kitchen staff wasn’t able to understand me when I tried to ask about ingredients to clarify. Everything else was phenomenal.」

「The pool was closed. We were trying to get breakfast and staff was trying to take away the food. Room was clean. Front desk staff friendly. Phone in room broke. Minimal channels on tv.」

「Staff was nice and professional, the room was clean, the water pressure in the shower if I could give it a minus 50 I would we pretty much had a little more than a trickle to shower with and lastly I chose not to indulge in the breakfast because another family member that was with us went and said it wasn't worth going downstairs for so I skipped it.」

「The shampoo CONDITIONER CONTAINER, IN THE SHOWER, WAS EMPTY. WE FOUND TWO SMALL SCREWS ON THE CARPET ( probably from the furniture assembly (renovation ?) workers. Luckily, found them without stepping on them with bare feet. Bathroom door (1)didn’t close properly because door frame had too much paint on it; (2) wouldn’t open fully as it contacted the new(?) floor tile ; and the frame was missing a frame silencer. The Expedia reservation stated that we’d have a couch in the room, but we did...
