"The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. My family and I stayed in a double bed suite. The front desk was also very nice and helpful. I would stay again."

Close to the mountains and the city. A very nice place to stay if you want to be near the city as well as the Shenandoah mountains. Truly the best of both worlds. There is also a lot of history in this area for those who love American history.

Manassas is a busy place, with lots of shopping and food opportunities. Traffic can be pretty busy at different times the day.

I think we ran in to vary nice people in the city. Besides people ceazy driving.
"I enjoyed my recent 1-night stay at Hyatt Place Herndon, Dulles Airport East. A spacious, comfy "standard" room, tasty "complimentary" (with room) breakfast. Elisha was kind and efficient on my check-in, Alexander helped me, with my mobility challenges (use crutches), by giving me a bit more time after the noon check-out to finish packing and load my car.
This hotel is close to Dulles and the Innovation Center Metro. As such, reception and lobby always seem busy with "comings and goings" for flights. A popular place, for travelers to use this hotel to overnight. Economical long-term parking is available for them at this Hyatt. Wonder why the hotel charges $15 to park in large, almost vacant lot. I have booked/stayed at nearby hotels. Free to park."
"Kind of strange that there is no handicap paring in the garage and no entrance without stairs form the garage. I saw people struggling with a stroller. Also $33 a night is too high."
"The accommodations were extremely comfortable. I do need to point out that there were small ants in the room, primarily on the bathroom counter. I also need to point out and congratulate the honesty and integrity of your staff. Not realizing that we left an expensive piece of jewelry in the room until an hour after our departure; we called and your staff found the item and we were able to retrieve it later that day. "
