Well, the place looked and smelled good, the staff was friendly and helpful, however, our room lacked a few things we take for granted in a hotel room, such as there was no door privacy sign, they only gave us 1 room key, and the tissues were on the floor, some may say we are nitpicking, but these are usually found, however the breakfast was good, I still recommend staying here, will be back.

Traveling thru, off the highway a bit but near the Potomac mill shopping area. Nicely run motel with a decent breakfast (they had hot eggs and sausage). Room was clean, slightly small for 2 adults 2 small kids, great price point for what it was, I would stay again.

I'm usually just there overnight. I use it for my halfway point between NJ and NC. I check in around 12 pm and check out around 6 am so I literally just use it for sleeping. I haven't had the opportunity to use amenities nor have the breakfast yet that's why my rating is not excellent but good. The staff is very courteous, professional and friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I'll keep coming back.

5 night stay Housekeeping clean on my last night. Why bother. If you stay here be prepared to clean the room yourself before you unpack. Bring your own towels because they don’t give you clean ones the whole stay.

I was disappointed in the bed coverings. My top sheet and comforter smelled of perfume. This led me to believe housekeeping only changed the bottom sheet and pillowcases. The quality of pillows was quite poor, needed to be changed.

The location of this hotel is great! Across from the Potomac Mills Mall, around the corner from Sams Club, plenty of restaurants, movies and 10 minutes from Stonebridge. Overall great rest, an older hotel but well maintained, needs a little sprucing up in some areas but overall budget friendly and they serve breakfast.

Check in was easy but my room wasn’t the cleanest. The room front door didn’t close without a forceful push and which interfered with opening the door to enter the room. Room walls were dirty. I’ve stayed here a few times and this was my worst visit
