"We stayed twice at this hotel, before and after our cruise. We are so glad we chose to do that as we would have been sad if we had chosen another hotel after our cruise. There are many hotels close by to dine at. Also the Santa Justa lift is right around the corner and Rossio Square is just down the road. We loved everything about this hotel. Thank you so much for keeping it so clean and well maintained. "

"This hotel is in a great location where you can easily walk or take the metro to nearby tourist attractions. The rooms are on the smaller side and they do not have a refrigerator or desk, which is something I like to have when I'm staying at a hotel. Despite these limitations, the rooms are kept extremely clean and look exactly like the pictures. The blackout curtains really helped my sleep. The staff at the front desk were always very friendly and answered all of our questions. Would definitely...

"The apartment was amazing. Even though it’s city center, it was noise proof. The bed was great. Everything was very clean. And guys at the reception were very helpful. Definitely would book for longer but there was no rooms available for longer stay"

"The food served at both the breakfast and dinner were excellent. The shuttle bus was too small to accommodate the number of people from two hotels @ 9 am. The entrace for the Star Inn was not clear that it shared the drive with the Melia Hotel. "
