「Great hotel and location」

「We had trouble at check- in. The family room we had reservations for that we booked 6 months prior to our arrival was not available. We had to argue to get what we paid for. The property in the end gave us two rooms for my family of four, but I would have liked to our single family room so we were all together. Two rooms would not have worked if my kids were too young to stay alone. The hotel breakfast was pretty good. The beds were firm, but comfortable. The air conditioning worked pretty...

「Le personnel à la réception est très serviable et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner excellent, copieux et varié, de bons produits. La personne de la conciergerie parle couramment français et nous a conseillé et réservé des restaurants très variés pour le diner. Le service parking et voiturier est très pratique. La piscine, les transats et parasols en bon état. La mer St Raphael est proche de l'hôtel. Nous avions loué une voiture et avons pu découvrir d'autres plages.」
