「The pool was dirty. Rooms were smelly. Room was clean. Barely had any bedding and pillows. Very thin bedsheet. Mold around tub area. 」

「It was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this to anyone. Ferry right there to go to Norfolk, Courteous Staff, Spacious rooms, walk in closets. Pools, Pool Tables, Chat Room, Computers, Laundry on each floor, dishwasher. Everything was beyond my expectations. I stayed for one week, and wish I could have stayed a month. 「I stayed here during a snowstorm, which unfortunately highlighted a few issues during my stay. The biggest concern was the temperature while the living area was warm, the bedroom was freezing the entire time. The bedding didn’t help much either, as the comforters were very thin and definitely need to be upgraded. Service was also disappointing.
