Hotel with a Concierge in Poland from NT$3,014

"Just returned from a lovely 3 night stay at PURO Centrum in Warsaw! Hotel location is great, right near shops/restuarants/bars/transport links. Rooms are very spacious, bathroom/shower all modern, beds comfy, rooms very modern. Coffee/Tea Machine in reception was a great touch! Didnt eat breakfast so cant comment on that. Staff were nice and helpful, an when we arrived after an early flight, got to hotel about 12ish, they checked to see if our room was ready, it was! An let us check-in 3 hours early, fantastic! A level of customer service you dont get at many hotels, thank you!"

"Great stay, as usual. This is my third stay over the years and this hotel still keeps high standard. If us very clean and quiet. Rather minimalistic but you have everything what you need for a few days in Krakow. Location is very good if you want to visit old town and the Jewish district of Kazimierz. There are bikes to borrow, small gym. Super clean sauna, steam room and the testing area. Excellent although rather pricey breakfast. I will definitely stay there again next year. "

"The hotel was very central, in the old town. The room was very spacious, with everything you needed & a very comfortable bed. It was amazing value & the staff were very helpful! "

"Room was big enough for what needed it for. It was really central and couldn’t be closer to the square if we tried. Really nice place architecture wise. I’d definitely go back. Only thing that drops a star is the shower curtain as awful, it was broken so it wouldn’t stay in holder and as soon as you increased the pressure it just went everywhere. So you had to hold it with one hand while showering. The staff were really nice and really helpful too. As I say, I’d definitely go back. "

"Everything was lovely, service in restaurant was very slow, waited 40 mins for 3 sandwiches, i had asked for no mayo,tomato or pickles on mine and it came loaded with all three,didn't eat it but hadnt time to wait for a replacement, staff weren't very attentive otherwise would highly recommend "
