"All are good. Excepted for check-in, I have booked this hotel for my family with 1 large room. But hotel cant provide the room I have booked due to some big group is already reserved and hotel forgot to reject this room from experdia. However, hotel gave my family with 2 smaller rooms istead. Then can be accepted with no comment. The sunset view from bacony was very nice. "

"Very friendly lady owner and can speak good English! There is also choice of American breakfast or local rice or congee. Tried authentic Thai milk tea. Room is Only downside is too small signboard and not catchy, plus hotel is just 2-3 units from a road corner. You need to drive there as it’s just in front of a pier. Was driving past and missed using GPS. Entrance is just a small lane into a cafe. It definitely don’t seem like a hotel. Room is clean and fragrance nice smell. Bed is comfortable...

"Hotel staffs front desk very pleasant and helpful when in need for information or help and the concierge guy too. Front desk female staff on 27th April morning even help us to arrange Grab to the airport after our hotel breakfast check out to reach safely to the international airport,excellent service Centara hat yai.Night market daily with street foods and vendors just outside ,opposite the hotel and eateries markets in the day are all walking distance near Centara . "
