「I really liked the log cabin look. The staff could have been a bit more welcoming and accommodating. I asked for a couple of extra pillows, but didn’t get them. I asked for 2 extra set of towels, and they gave me 4 sets. The cords for the blinds were broken.」

「It was a horrible experience first the room had no towels and when I asked the front desk she gave me a look of really and than said I’ll see if I can get you some and than never came with anything and than they were letting teenagers just run screaming and fighting in the halls and in and out of the pool till 2am when the pool closed at 10pm the staff didn’t care when I complained the next morning I will never stay there again」

「First time here and hopefully not the last. Place was extremely clean and well kept which is unusual for some casino located hotels. The walk to the casino took you next to the water which made it a delightful short walk (about 3 minutes). People were great!!!!! Bed was so comfortable!!!! And the no smoking made it alot better. Definitely recommend.」

「It was a nice hotel, a bit dated. Room was good needs new carpet and sheets smelt stale, we reported it. Breakfast was great, nice riverfront patio. I would stay again.」

「Got a suite for me, my fiancé and 4 kiddos. Room was very dusty, carpet and furniture was still wet. Dust was on ceiling, curtains and AC unit.」

「The first night that we were there, the loud party across the hall kept us awake until 3 AM. The staff knew about the noise and did nothing. The following morning we were woke at 7 AM by a huge dog barking nonstop. Again the staff did nothing. The bed sheets were washed but still stained. We come to Peoria multiple times a year. We won't ever be coming back to this place.」
