「The breakfast area was well kept by the staff. The Gym is in need of repairs and update. No functioning Hot tub and indoor pool too cold to comfor use. Room was adequate for overnight stay as a single but would not take a family with small children who might play on the floor.」

「The hotel was closed. I could not even get in the parking lot. I had to make other arrangements at another hotel, which cost me twice as much. I’m not happy with this at all and it doesn’t sound like I’m gonna be getting a refund for quite some time either. 」
