My bathroom had mold in the shower tiles and on the curtain. The room was so hot it took literally all night for the ac to work we didnt sleep under the blanket. The staff was nice and the pool looked nice we just didnt get a chance to use it.

I enjoyed all of the aspecta of the hotel. The only issue was with the breakfast buffet. It was supposed to be opened until 9. When I arrived at 8:40, the attendant was already clearing away the breakfast. Someone else there had to ask for coffee cups and coffee. It had already been cleared out. The food was no longer being replenished. It was very disappointing.

Ate dinner in their bar/grill. Ordered a Rueben sandwich for my husband, and a burger for myself. Burger came, Rueben never arrived, something else did. Waitress blamed the cook, but she tried. The hot water in the shower is merely lukewarm. The eggs were cold, hash browns not refilled, juice not refilled.

The staff was wonderful. However, the hotel needs an update. The wallpaper was peeling, the faucet handle was broken, and the tub drained very slowly. On my second day, I asked if someone could repair the faucet and clear the clog in the drain. They did clear the clog, but the faucet was still broken. This is a great location and has very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel just really needs a remodel.

The property was very dated, the bathroom had peeling paint, not once-- not once-- in my 4 day stay did housekeeping come in my room. Expedia stated that the fee quoted would be exactly what I paid, yet I was charged an additional $10 a day for parking. I would never stay there again and only remained there because my mother was in the hospital and I didn't want to take the time to find another hotel.

Decided to stay in room for dinner so changed to Comfies and called room service according to phone instructions and menu in info folder in room. Couldn’t get them to answer. Called front desk. “We don’t have room service.” Ended up ordering pizza delivered. Not what I had in mind. Room was more in line with a Days Inn quality. No fridge, no microwave. Had an older hotel smell to it. Room does not match price. Hotel looks like it was once grand. No more.
