Mediocre. Needed repairs in places. Wallpaper needed replacing. Hot tub wasn’t hot. Breakfast was okay. Shower was powerful, that was good. Light fixtures need updating around the pool and elsewhere.

The breakfast area was well kept by the staff. The Gym is in need of repairs and update. No functioning Hot tub and indoor pool too cold to comfor use. Room was adequate for overnight stay as a single but would not take a family with small children who might play on the floor.

We didn't even check in. We waited 15-20 min to have someone come to the desk. One of main reasons we went here was for hot tub that they said was down for cleaning/maintenance but were unsure of the turnaround time.

Staff was/is excellent. The building is starting to show its age. Beds, bathroom, etc. were spotless and clean. Enjoyed the self-made waffles, coffee, juices, and bagels. Everything worked ..TV, outlets, plumbing, etc. and the entire place smelled clean. We'd stay there again.

Travelled 8 hours for a birthday party and stayed here for 3 nights, had 2 rooms. The hotel was okay at best... best part of the stay was the breakfast which was pretty good and the rooms are decently spacious. Very outdated overall, musty smelling rooms. When we checked in it was obvious the toilet/bathtub were not thoroughly cleaned, as there were hairs and splatters of god knows what in the toilet. Also checked in to a half used roll of toilet paper in each room and had to practically beg for more than one roll. Also- using the restroom and a cockroach looking bug crawled past my foot. Shower temperature was burning hot and was not able to be turned down. Front desk guys were crabby. The pool area had a NASTY floor. Trash/tags/and literal LOOGIES on the ground I stepped in and wasn't cleaned for the entirety of our stay. Overall would not stay here again. Spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else.

Upon checking we were place on the 4th floor after being in the Quality suites we experienced elevator shut down only to be out of service for 3 days of our stay. We were not able to take proper showers due to hot water shortage, the front desk staff seemed to not care about our concerns and choose not to address our concerns. I ask to be moved to another floor. The front desk clerk indicated that he would inform me once the rooms became available he would let me know only to have disappeared at that day of business. Our rooms never got cleaned I only asked for fresh lining and that service wasn’t provided. I assumed this is a family business it appeared that the family lived in the complex they were provided for and I as a paying customer was treated as I didn’t matter. Guess the family occupied all the lower level rooms and I as a customer had to suffer and be inconvenienced because my customer service didn’t matter to them. I hope they get to read this comment and will decide to meet the needs of your customer.
