「It is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. Absolutely the best accormodation in Birmingham! The staff are nice and the room are clean.」

「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「They were roaches all in my room soon as I cut the light on. They were crawling out of the microwave and also the dishwasher my girl panicked as soon as she seen it. The staff are wishy-washy sometimes I guess depending their mood they knock extremely early and very hard in the morning and sometimes even catch a attitude when you say something about it like damn I thought checkout was at 11-12 why are you banging at 8-9? Please I do not recommend this hotel at all it’s cheap kinda if you wanna...
