「Very stylish boutique hotel which situated on the second floor or a bar & restaurant. However, when we first entered our room we found out the room wasn’t ready and it seemed like it had not been properly made up by the staff. We had to tell the hotel manager this issue and waited for another 15 to 20 minutes until they finally finished the room (We arrived around 4 or 5pm). 「As I arrive late, I have never seen staff. I also don’t walk around the property after driving 5 hours to get to the lodge. The room need instructions on how to operate the TV. This takes a lot of button pressing just to get the free to air channels. Other than that. I am very happy with this facility. 」

「There’s building house construction right on the cross street, everyday 7am will do the construction and it’s really noisy (and even till 9pm sometimes). Besides the noise problem, the room itself is really comfortable and clean」

「Loved Urban Rest Sydney, my apartment felt like a show home, spotlessly clean, towels provided, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided, everything worked in fab order, the only thing missing was a pair of kitchen scissors, but I couldn’t fault the place, it was fantastically placed near bus and train services and was a stones throw from my daughter, will definitely be back in the future, thankyou Urban Rest 」

「The apartment location is good but overall stay is not a really good experience. You needed great effort to find the parking bay provided. The apartment is old-fashioned and not really cleaned. Bathroom light flashed all the way and we had to turn it off. Shower is not working well and only small amounts of water could come out. Moreover, the Netflix is out of order throughout the stay!」

「The following items need to be fixed – bathroom tap is loose, coffee machine is not working properly and the salt shaker has seized and needs replacement. Otherwise, very good.」
