"We had an amazing stay at the Shangri la hotel. Amazing staff, amazing food, really clean and great facilities with a great view of the Opera house and the harbour bridge while we had breakfast every morning. Can't fault this property at all and we are already planning our next trip here!"

"We arrived and were checked in by a lovely young man who also worked in the restaurant. Fast check-in, easy parking and free with the room. The room was larger than expected, king size bed which looked huge. The pillows were about too flat but other than that can't complain about the bed. The bathroom was lovely and the shower had really good pressure and really hot. Breakfast was included and was quite yummy. Lots and lots of choices. Will be back."

"We always stay here when visiting Sydney. Easy parking for a large vehicle at the Concourse, fabulous shopping and Asian food choices. Only complaint was the loo paper, cheap rubbish! "

"Clean and tidy room. 7 minute flat walk to Royal North Shore Hospital. Did not have the breakfast as I was leaving early in the morning. Staff lovely. Have stayed here many times."

"Was a lovely stay with a bonus upgrade to a balcony room. Easy check-in by delightful staff member. Kitchen well equipped and room very clean. Loved the MOR products in the bathroom. Will hopefully visit again. "

"One of the beds had not been changed the sheets there was a lamp in the room but no socket to plug it into by the bed the bathroom wasn't clean the pillows were all stained except for one. Would not stay here again. "
