"We was there for a cheer competition. There is absolutely nothing for the kids to do. The indoor pool wasn’t even open so the kids could go in and swim. They do not have microwaves in the rooms so we can reheat up food. There was homeless people hanging out outside other than that. Everything was great."

"Phones didn't work to order food. We had no washcloths or towels in the room when checking in. And we asked for them the entire weekend we was there and they never gave none . We had to find a store to buy some . Staff was very manipulating $100 deposit was never mentioned until we arrived it and I was surprised so I had to pay pay $136 extra."
