「We waited for our room to be “ready” for our stay. We got texted to check in and when we got to the room it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Clothes hanging in the closet, items in the fridge, beds not made. The desk manager was furious at the staff and sent a crew of 5 to correct the mistake. 「Rooms seem clean when we arrived but after careful review carpet was old and all corners in rooms were not clean. We stayed 3 nights. Second night our room was not cleaned. We received 2 clean towers they were left on the bed. Overall hotel is very outdated. AC is very loud. Pillows are extremely uncomfortable, so bring your own! Positive things front desk stuff is very helpful and nice and hotel is located right on the beach. If you arrive earlier on your check in day they will give you beach...
