We stayed here to attend the Sea Hear Now festival on the Asbury Park Boardwalk. The festival was about a 20 minute walk away. The hosts were very welcoming and we had a suite with a queen bed and a small sitting area. We had street parking but it was free. Breakfast was delicious. There are window air conditioners in the rooms

The rooms are so nice and very clean, staff is very kind and helpful for your stay. Breakfast was very good and the presence of coolers to for wine and drinks is a nice thing to have. The ice cream parlor inside is great and overall a worth while time and worth the money.

Clean and spacious bed and breakfast with lots of charm and amenities. Cookies in the afternoon, coffee and tea available all day, delicious buffet breakfast, towels & chairs for the beach, plenty of porch space to sit and enjoy being outside and half a block from the beach.

A block from the beach. Doesn’t get much better. Suzanne is an excellent host. They provide towels, umbrellas, and chairs for the beach, access for discounted beach passes, and umbrellas for the unfortunate day it rains. Breakfast was good and ample.

The property is charming and historic. With that the room was tiny and awkward. The sink was in the bedroom and there only two electrical outlets. One for the window A/C and the other behind the bed. Great breakfast. Two coffee options, various hot and cold choices. Porches to sit out and enjoy the fresh sea air. Street parking was no problem. Just a few steps from the beach and boardwalk. One other unusual item was the doorknobs. They are very low. You have to bend down really low to lock and unlock the door to the room. I guess this adds to the charm.
