「My daughter and two grand children enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the staff was great and the ease into the room was more efficient than using cards with access personal to us. This will be our “go-to” going forward. It was also close to everything and with two pools, you couldn’t ask for better accommodations.」

Dirty room (had to clean the floors myself), tried to charge more, tiny room & tiny parking lot, front desk person said I didn’t call the hotel (when I did), gave us 2 towels for 4 people, just 1 tiny trash can in the room. 「The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the location on the beach; the view from our private deck was only of the dunes though, as we were too low to see the ocean. It was fine though, because we could still hear the waves, and it was too dark at night to see the ocean anyway. It was great not having to keep track of a room key card, since the door had a keypad. Parking was tight, and there weren’t enough available spaces for everyone staying there, but there was additional...

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「The hotel is in very poor condition and highly dilapidated. It is not very clean, quite neglected, and lacks proper maintenance. The smoke detector in the room was covered with a plastic bag—possibly by a previous guest who smoked and wanted to prevent it from going off, or perhaps because it was broken. This hotel should be shut down and completely renovated.」
