「I enjoyed my stay here!! I liked that it was so close to the beach!! Also very close to the fishing pier and restaurants!!!」

「The room was decent. We had a room under us that kept beating on the ceiling like we were being loud... just walking to the bathroom. We were staying one night and ended up leaving at 9:30pm because of this.. there was no compensation, apologies, nothing. We did get our deposit back thankfully. .」

「check in was frustrating. Was given code but it did not work. Had to go to the office and was given actual key. Was told that key lock does not work. I asked why I got a code- there was not answer. I got code at 3:45 and arrived at 4:30. Office closed at 5pm. What would have happened if I did no get there till later? Not a wonderful experience checking in. Once in room was clean, Staff was friendly and a short walk to the beach.」

「The location is top notch. The Riverwalk is directly outside, in addition to several great places to eat Sugo Steakhouse (inside the hotel) was fantasic! However, our room was cold, we couldn't control the temperature & we both left with sore throats. The front desk promised to send someone to check the system, but no one ever showed. In addition, housekeeping service was very late ( after 4pm) & they totally neglected cleaning our room the night prior to our departure.」

「Had a wonderful relaxing stay. Room was very clean and modern. Bed was comfy. We sat by the pool most of our vacation but the beach is very accessible and beautiful. Would def stay again.」

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」
