「Bathroom floor wasn’t clean. Lots of hair on it.」

「We stayed in room 205 was right over the Merrill sign and view of the river wasn't great. Not the greatest room. I would ask for a room on 3rd floor or higher. Otherwise the room and hotel is great and the staff was amazing. The food was wonderful. The pool and workout area was fantastic. 」

「Every time I stayed before the pool was not open. This time it was open and I was going to go swimming but the heater went out and it was closed again.」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free soup at night was very good and warming when temps got below 10. Nice touch.」
