「We booked 3 rooms. One of the rooms had the safety lock completely busted off the door and there was blood on the sheets of one of the beds. The other room, which was a suite, had a malfunction hot water heater. The shower got hot but then quickly turned cold. It would warm up slightly then turn cold again. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I’m really not that picky. 」

「The cabin was exceptionally clean. My only complaint was the mattress on the bed. I hurt so badly when I got up every morning that I cut my trip by 1 day. I just couldn't take the pain of that mattress any longer.」

「The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was great. There was a lot a restaurants close by. If you wanted to walk to some of them you could have.」

「We had a wonderful New Year stay at this cabin. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and fully functional. Check-in was very easy, and the instructions were clear and well prepared, which made the arrival stress-free. The cabin itself was beautiful and very comfortable, creating a perfect place to relax and celebrate the New Year. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to others.」

「There were several maintenance issues. The faucet at the kitchen sink spewed water when turned on. The upstairs bathroom door would lock but not "latch" when closed. The hot and cold water was "reversed" in the sinks. The air-conditioning didn't work in the basement. The air-conditioning would not stay set on our selection for upstairs, this was a issue with being in the 90's outside. Other than these maintenance issues it's a great property with fantastic views.」
