「rooms clean, good location, good price quality ratio but if one single thing can be changed and creat a big impact is your coffee!!! your coffee is really one of the worst coffee of all hotels i stayed ever. if you change that you will get much much better customer retention.」

「Im not sure where the pictures came from but this place was gross. The smell is the first thing youll notice. Filth covered by chemical stench. Cigarettes burns on comforter is a nice touch. I showed up at the office was closed at 9:30..Its was dark..I had to ring a bell outside to get someone. I was coming through after driving all day and that was annoying. Got to my room to find the pit of stench. Slept in a sleeping bag on the nasty bed. It looks nice from outside though. 」

「Great hotel comfy beds clean and good location」

「This hotel was very comfortable and accommodating as we had our dog with us. The service was great and amenities were useful, clean and in good working order.」

「Great location in the downtown bismarck area.However, the hotel can definitely use some updating. Rooms were a bit worn out, slight mold around the bathtub caulking, in the bathrooms as well.」

「Check in was quick and efficient however they did not tell us that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations. Back door near our room to the outside did not lock at all. Also the breakfast is pretty much non existent.」

「This place is an overpriced dump. Smells horrible in the rooms and lobby. We were traveling cross country and this was the only hotel in town with rooms due to a national softball tournament in Bismarck. I would sleep in my car rather than stay here again.」

「They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.」

「Our room had no outlets for charging our phones or anything, i found only one i could reach under the table so i had to put my watch on the floor to charge it. Shower is there but there is no way to switch from bathtub faucet to the shower. We tried everything. Bathtub is not suitable to lay in it as well. It was the strangest room we have stayed at.」
