Pool was not in operation and breakfast area was freezing due to malfunctioning front door. Construction going on so noisy and stairwell off limits in one area. Hot breakfast and many choices. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

Got greeted right away, check in was super fast and also shout out to the gentleman that check us in, we like to stay at the top floor, totally forgot about it when booking our room and he solved our issue right away and with no problem at all. Top notch customer service.

We had a bit of tough check in due to the hotel not having our booking. Hotel and rooms are outdated. The tv didn't work. There was construction in the hotel during our stay and early in the morning Friday. However the staff were really nice and dealt with our issue during check in. Always greeted us kindly.

Elevator was gross, it smelled like cigarette smoke, there was a large dark stain on the floor, the whole carpet needed to be replaced a while ago. The shower drain was plugged, there were large floaters in the tub, not sure what that was! VERY NASTY! Definitely will not stay there again.

The rooms were dirty and it seemed like the housekeepers need better training on how to clean. The man at the front desk was helpful and got us a different room which ended up being just as bad with hair from the last guests in the bathrooms and on the bed.
