「This place is not fit for purpose. We attempted to park in the car park to check in but it was full of damaged vehicles haphazardly covering the spaces. The paths and stairwells were full of rubbish, dirty laundry and disused and damaged furniture. The pool was a cesspit. We opened the door to room 46 and were instantly repelled by the smell of stale tobacco. The room would not have been out of place in ‘The Shining’. 「Nice clean room with a retro feel. Was cold so had the air con going all night which was a little noisy. Overall happy and would likely stay again if in the area.」

「The apartment was not ready on time but we were compensated for this. Good location close to park, shops and tram to city. Comfy beds. The carpets in both bedrooms need relacing, they were stained! No internet connection and the phone line was not working. If these things were put right this accommodation would be highly recommended.」
