「The cotton towers are not clean enough. I hope you ensure all the beds and towers are washed before the new guest arrives. Clean stuff is the most important issue for the reputation of any hotel. 」

「The hotel is in a great spot, right near the old city. Rooms are in good condition and the kitchen is well stocked with plates, pans and cutlery. The only complaint about the room would be a slightly spartan bedspread with only 2 pillows, one blanket and no sheets for a bed meant to sleep two. The biggest drawback is the self check-in. 「Nice property. We wanted to be in Nuremburg, but nothing was available. My wife found this location and we were pleased with the accommodation's. Biggest drawback was the commute to Nuremburg. We are used to walking across the street to go into the old part of Nurenburg behind the wall. The parking is limited but we always found a spot.」

「Terrible place. Avoid at all costs. Clean but its run by robots. Totally over automated and difficult to get into. Its like a sadistic puzzle. No staff on hand. Caretaker man is vey helpful but agrees with guesta that it is a terrible place. Residents wandering around in the foyer, asking each other where everything is ,and how this works and how that works. Designed by robota who have never me a human from Planet Earth. Avoid this place.」
