Pros - v close to train station but no noise, full kitchen, hot shower, Nespresso machine, comfortable bed, clean, easy to communicate via WhatsApp at all times. Very close by is an excellent local Turkish bakery from the hotel back door. Cons - sofa bed v squeaky and not comfortable. There’s no check-in staff and you have to email them for the door code during their working hours before you arrive if not you will not get entry into the building. I arrived 9pm on a Sunday night and panicked as I was travelling with children after a long haul flight into Frankfurt. Thankfully the staff responded over WhatsApp very quickly and got it all sorted in 15mins.

I will preface this review by saying that I have been a loyal Limehome customer for years and have stayed at many Limehomes. I booked a two night stay at this location for the beginning of December and had an absolutely terrible experience. When I first entered the apartment there was a terrible smell. It was also just generally unkempt, with black mold in the shower and ripped laminate flooring. I immediately noticed that there was a dead, rotting bird right outside the window on the balcony. I closed the curtain to get rid of the awful sight and to my horror I discovered that there was BL**D SP*TTER all over the wall and curtains!!!! It looked like there had been a nasty, bloody fight. I was absolutely horrified and disgusted so I reached out to Limehome. They did not seem to care too much but they did promise to refund my first night and to have cleaners come the next day. Later on, I discovered MORE BL**D SP*TTER over other walls both in and outside the apartment and even on light switches I had touched! I felt so uneasy being in the room, not knowing where else I would find blood. I reached out to Limehome again to inform them and rather than making things right they decided to renege on their promise and no longer refund my first night and now only refund me 25% of my two night stay. This was not simply a matter of a dirty room - this was a biohazard! I am disgusted with Limehome’s response to this. I will never book with them again.

The location was great, right by the train station. Made for getting our luggage back and forth very easy. The room was adequate, basic kitchen, comfortable bed and basic bathroom. The walls were marked up and floors showed wear and tear. If you are looking for a place that has the basics with no concierge then this hits the mark.

A suite? No.

When you rent an apartment called "a suite" you expect something extra. Well, here no! This is an quite ordinary appartement with basic kitchen equipment (no micro wave). The "terrace" is more like a balcony. 1.floor apartment with little or no sun on a backyard balcony. Stains an spots on almost all walls. Very quiet though. Close to tram stop and short walking distance from Hbf. We recommend the restaurant on the corner close by. No personell on site, all communication on mail/whatsapp is a bit cumbersome.

Property was in a good condition overall. Location is good but at night not very safe. They don't have on-site luggage storage so was an issue for people arriving early. Communication was pretty bad no one contacted us with the check in info. We reached out on our own. Aircon was not working properly and it was quite hot inside.

Great value in Nuremberg

The studio apartment is very nice, very convenient. Great value. One must be aware that the check-in process is online, that one will get an email through which to check-in and get a room code. The process is simple and easy, the description how to get in is precise and very easy, just keep in mind that one must have wifi to check-in and that it may take some time for their response. I received the email around 9:30 am of the arrival day and I had my code quickly.
