Comfortable room with nice amenities (like coffee and tea) including a kitchenette in a great location, but as indicated in the listing, it is an automated check-in without any staff, so there was no reply at all when trying to communicate through the app.

We had an excellent time staying at this property. Came with our family of four to visit the Christmas market. The place is conveniently close to the main station and Chriskindlemarkt. We walked everywhere. The apartment was small but quite nice and clean.
