「We had a really good stay overall. The food was great, the service was good, and the hotel itself is very nice. The location is okay, although most places outside the resort are quite far away, so you do rely on transport if you want to go anywhere. The main negative was the taxi situation, and unfortunately it really affected our experience. We asked the hotel to help book us a taxi, but we were told we had to use the taxis waiting outside. Those drivers told us they do not use the meter, and...

「Fantastic location and beautifully maintained gardens. Layout was excellent and despite being a large hotel there was plenty of space. The food was great and the dessert selection amazing. Staff were lovely.」

「Eşimle birlikte 3 gece konakladık. Öncelikle temizlik anlamında bir sıkıntı yaşamadık o konuda içiniz rahat olabilir. Oda kahvaltı seçeneğini denedik biz ve kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü, hizmet güzel. Sessiz, sakin kafa dinlemelik bir yer arıyorsanız kesinlikle tercih edilebilir.Ama etkinlik arıyorsanız biraz sıkılabilirsiniz. Bar kısmındaki kokteyller de lezzetliydi. Olumsuz tek yön olarak sinekler var ve rahatsız ediyor diyebilirim.」

「The room was Kaaba view room. That was the only best part. Bathroom and room were good, but not the best. You're paying for the convenience of location of hotel and for the view. Lifts were fast.」
