Mm AS」

「The place is nicely maintained, the location in Ratingen is convenient, they have plenty of hotel parking -for a fee. Rooms are ok in size (not too much space, though) and very clean, everything works well, coffee / tea and kettle are in the room. The front staff is friendly and helpful! They have a very nice restaurant with decent food and great staff, and the breakfast choices / quality are good, though a little pricy! Overall a good experience, a hotel I would use again if in the area.」

「The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly and professional. However, I didn't like that the property is divided by a road running between the two sections. Because I was on the side without the amenities, I had to cross over to get to breakfast or the fitness room. Another issue I had was with the housekeeping—one day they didn't clean my room at all. That has literally never happened to me at any hotel in my entire life」
