Decent choice for business stay

Good location, however street parking is time limited and hotel parking can be full. Clean and modern rooms, A nice bar (Monday to Saturday)

Overall a very good experience. Just be aware that the hotel does not have actual pillows…it seemed to be a wrapped up blanket. I personally did not find it very comfortable. The staff were very good.

Business trip to Ratingen

The hotel is good and ideal location for my place of work in Ratingen. However my room had a noisy aircon and reported on Tuesday morning to the reception. On Wednesday night at 00:30 the noise walked me up and had to change room and this spoiled my night sleep. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly.

Nice bed, and well equipped modern room - found it a bit odd that the bathroom was right in the room - but wasn’t an issue as I travelled solo. Hotel was quiet but check in was easy, and a problem with my room key was quickly resolved. Only thing I would say is that there was no sign for what to do in the restaurant - I didn’t realise (as an Englishman) that you just sat down, and the waiters didn’t acknowledge me while I was standing at the door.

Decent place, a lot of potential, a few bad points

Decent hotel room but not share with non-romantic people as the shower is open and exposed to the whole room including the entrance. The TV is very small and looks to be from 2005. Next to the TV there were exposed wires ! When i searched for a hotel i made sure to enable the option / marker that the search only should include hotels with a restaurant but when i got to the hotel they did not have a restaurant, or well it was not open which was not disclosed at the time of booking the stay. The hotel is in a quiet area with a nice outdoor relaxing couch area and a bar. Unfortunately that area is right outside a lot of the rooms so it can be noisy and the smell of people smoking can enter the hotel room. Too bad with all these things :-/

We stayed 3 nights in hotel. Breakfast was nice lots of choices but the staff wasn’t nice at all unfortunately I was disappointed. The room was good size nice and clean but very bad design because no door on bathroom so when you on relaxing and watching tv on the bed you see another person in the bathroom 🙄✋(no thank you). One night we was already sleeping and fire alarm went on everyone had to go outside ok that’s fine and necessary but when we went back inside the alarm was on 🚨 more at least 20-25 minutes and even no apologies from the staff.

All staffs are friendly and supportive. Hotel is located in a quiet area. Breakfast is excellent. Lobby area is very spacious, you can relax yourself. If I ever visit Dusseldorf again, I will stay here!!

Excellent value for money and a pleasant stay

Very nice hotel, incredible value for money and breakfast included. Only complaint really I was in room 301 which was near the elevator which I could hear late at night and early morning. I did not bother asking to change rooms as I was tired and there for just one night. Would happily stay again.

Great place to spend a night when arriving in Düsseldorf airport area. Good parking. Great location. So glad that there was some air conditioning!! Restaurant was excellent for an incredible dinner. Service was great!

A great night stay

My second time to stay here before an early morning flight home. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was fabulous in the hotel restaurant. Easy parking and reservations. One small improvement would be a coffee/tea maker in the room for after a long drive and before dinner. Will be back!
