「There was no hot water, The water was timid at best. Had to let shower run a while at a lower pressure to get it mildly warm to take shower. The shower temperature controller came off in my hand, It wasn’t securely fixed」

「Huge tv. Large bathroom space. Relatively big room. Friendly staff. Sound deadening from upstairs rooms can be better. But this hotel is great. 」

「The staff member at the front desk failed to tell us that key cards are needed to use the room lights. The phone in the room wasn’t working so we had to walk to the front desk for these instructions. Wifi pass code was incorrect on the room card holder but staff member also forgot to mention that.. so had to walk back to front desk for this. 」

「Located next to the Krakow airport and the motorway. Pretty worn-out and simple standard. Cheap, but so are also other hotels in Poland with way better standards.」

「It was clean, but very worn. Staff was ok. No TV in the room. Very far from Krakow, in the middle of nowhere. Overall not very pleasent.」

「Just used as an early flight from Krakow airport. Room was fine, comfortable. Didn't use breakfast facility. I'd be more inclined to use a central Krakow hotel and get an Uber to the airport in future to maximise the great experience in the city.6」

「Wow - beautiful hotel on the hill. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had both breakfasts and dinners there - all was excellent. The pool is small but well equipped - and the steam room and sauna also great. A brilliant time was had and though you are further outside krakow it was less than 10 pounds in a uber. We will return !」

「Fantastic place to stay for energylandia. Walkable distance to supermarket and park. Great selection at breakfast. Super helpful road train to and from the park. Reception staff very helpful at check in. Also booked us a taxi as had trouble with uber. Tipi was great dont let the weather put you off as had heating. Plus crates to lock your stuff in. Overall would highly recommended.」

「Ok. Nothing special. Clean room and bathroom. Nice staff. Quite spartan and basic, with minimal amenities. Not sure what makes it 4 stars, but it’s decent.」
