We stayed in the new house boat, which was fabulous, comfortable beds, great shower and gorgeous terrace on the lake to chill in the evening with a glass of wine. The heated pool was open, unfortunately the other smaller pool and jacuzzi are seasonal, so were shut, so was the new Colorado restaurant bar on the lake. Breakfast and dinner were both served in the original restaurant, dinner was delicious, but it took nearly an hour to get our food. Breakfast was basic and they no longer have the omelette station, which was a shame. I think this resort is definitely best to visit in season, so you can experience all it has to offer. And if you buy the park tickets from them, you get the Energy (fast) pass for 1 zlote, which is a fabulous perk.

Amazing place. So so so clean, not just in the morning, all throughout the day. Great breakfast, free transport to Energylandia, outdoor movie theatre and heated swimming pool. Great value for money, don’t bother looking for any other accommodation in the area

El proceso de check-in fue rápido y efectivo. El desayuno es completo y repartido en 4 franjas temporales para que no haya acumulación de gente. Se respeta el descanso nocturno a partir de las 23:00. Es genial el pase rápido para Energylandia, aunque recuerda que tienes que comprar ahí las entradas. Permiten guardar las maletas después del check-out. El tren para ir a Energylandia es muy cómodo. Las piscinas exteriores climatizadas son un gran añadido.

Sehr sauber, Unterkunft und Anlage. Frühstück war hervorragend und das Essensangebot war gut. Pool war sauber. Bis auf die private Feier, war es sehr ruhig. Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Angrenzender Supermarkt.

I can't fault the resort every thing was how I expected staff very friendly , very clean, But the siren going off was quite alarming I think it would be a good idea to inform holiday makers about it .

The boat house accommodation is amazing but the whole area is great with loads of activities and really friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant is very good and the breakfast is possibly the best we have had anywhere Wish we had been able to stay for longer.

Very clean resort with incredibly helpful staff and lots to do in the resort to keep everybody entertained! I especially recommend staying here for anybody wanting to visit Energylandia as there are some benefits and free shuttle.

Property was immaculate, staff at reception were helpful, plenty to do and very close to Energylandia, just a 15 minute walk or there are a listed number of dotto train services to and from the park. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Downside was that we chose the property because it was listed on Expedia as offering a return shuttle service to Krakow airport, at an additional cost of 300PLN. After booking, we were advised by the property that they do not offer this service. If you are looking to stay at Western Camp, and dont want to drive, Uber was reasonably priced and easy. If you're looking to keep things cheaper, take a short 10 minute walk from the airport to the Hampton by Hilton down the road - we found journeys to and from here are much cheaper than the airport itself.

Absolutely beautiful, I loved everything about this place, super clean, staff are very very friendly and speak great English. I totally recommend to anyone to take your friend group and go! Only downside is the pool ( very small pool ) but other than that all is great!

Séjour de 3 nuits en Tipi. Très original et sympathique, confortable et plutôt calme en cette période. Zone commune extrêmement propre et agréable. Fantastic place to stay for energylandia. Walkable distance to supermarket and park. Great selection at breakfast. Super helpful road train to and from the park. Reception staff very helpful at check in. Also booked us a taxi as had trouble with uber. Tipi was great dont let the weather put you off as had heating. Plus crates to lock your stuff in. Overall would highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay at Western Camp after a day at Energylandia, a warm welcome at check in, our cabin was spacious and had everything we needed, bed was very comfy and shower was excellent. The camp had a lovely atmosphere and walking round was pleasant, did not use the pools or sauna, had a nice meal at Bonanza in the evening and breakfast was okay. The only negative was the land train back Energylandia was filled by a school group so other guests had no choice but to walk, I would have thought the school would have other arrangements to get to Energylandia but the walk was fine and took about 20 minutes, overall a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderfully fun experience! Alot of effort put forth to maintain the campgrounds, bathrooms really clean, as well, the inside of teepees exceptionally clean! Love the provided towels, linen for those of us travelling without these amenities. There is Delicatessen across the road.

Brilliant Fun!

We enjoyed our stay, the themes Sheriff's cabin was amazing and warm, my daughter's loved the bunk beds. We ate at the restaurant on several occasions and it was very tasty and the service was amazing. The breakfasts are also good with a nice variety of food, it's just a bit weird that some people take food from breakfast for their lunch. The proximity to Energylandia is good and the train that's included makes it the perfect location to visit. We'll be back!
