「We absolutely love this property! This is our 2nd visit. Great location. Beautiful hotel that you really don’t have to leave. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. My rating is more towards the guests that were there on this visit and how everything was handled by the staff. The first day was wonderful but the days following were not pleasant at all. 「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. 「As always the hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful, however at $266 dollars per night, i won't be coming back at that price. There are other options even at $50 less would be better.」

TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」
