"Had a lovely stay over Easter weekend. The entertainment was good and staff very friendly. Rooms were clean. Unfortunately, one lift was out of action so it took a while to and from our room. "

"Bright and cosy stay in a one bed flat in a small terraced house. Lively high ceilings and view to the sea through the baw windows. It's not a luxury hotel! - but was functional, clean and a great option for a weekend at a festival in neighbouring town Margate. Good prices, excellent communication, on-street parking and short stroll to the beach. "

The staff was so helpful and attentive, the room was comfortable, and the location is great for dining spots and walking to the cathedral. The rooftop bar next door, which (at the time we went) gave discounts to hotel guests, has amazing night views of the cathedral!"

"Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Had to wait a while for breakfast but there was a lovely young man who couldn’t do enough for you. Shame I didn’t get his name but he was excellent. We had a lovely few days. "

"Lovely stay - check in wasn’t great and lacked detail and first day of breakfast wasn’t good missing granola options and anyone to request eggs but Hilton messaged to ask how my stay was going and breakfast was rectified for the following days. They even sorted out my Hilton membership reward that had been missed at check in. That extra touch made a huge difference and alongside a great room, lovely service at the bar in the evening and gym and pool facilities I was really happy."
