「I chose this stay based on posted desciption and filters on Hotels.com. I was looking for a local stay-cation with a pool. The name of the hotel does not include the words "& Spa". The pool featured in their photos belongs to another business -- which costs $20/hour with no discounts for hotel guests. I immediately checked out.」

「Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)」
