「The hotel was very nice, clean, and well-maintained overall. Our only complaint was the housekeeping service. On our first full day, our room was not serviced at all, the beds weren’t made, we didn’t receive fresh towels, the trash wasn’t emptied, and nothing was cleaned. Since our room didn’t have a phone, I had to go down to the front desk to ask about it.
