「Staff was amazing. I had to move from a different hotel because the air conditioning broke in my room. I was in quite a state when I got here to the Marriott and the staff was wonderful and they helped me get my stuff to the room. Cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Will definitely make this the only place I stay in Manhattan.」
