「Good location. Hotel was close to all the attractions and lots of amenities in Madaba. Clean, well-kept. Problem with the AC was taken care of in a timely fashion. Staff was friendly and helpful.」

「Location is good. Off the main road, it is quiet and I had a good sleep. Lovely garden and terrace. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again surely.」

「the manager started the experience by trying to double the price of Hotels.com that was already booked and confirmed. If I didn't get a local SIM card to have internet I wouldn't of been able to despute it and he would of got away with it. there is also a club in the hotel that blasts horrible baliwood music until 3am that can be heard on the top floor. Very old and not remodeled. sinks barely work and the bathtub makes you need another shower after using it. barely 1 star hotel. no idea...

「Very personable staff with a strong please the client approach more than makes up for the somewhat dated facility- good value for the price」

「Employees are grouchy, don’t smile except one employee his name was Rabah.」

「Hotel bueno para una noche , un poco caro para los servicios que ofrecen , los que lo dirigen hablan un inglés muy limitado 」

「The hotel staff are very nice and supportive, they can reply all my questions on Aqaba and give me a very good recommendation around hotel. The room is very clean, nice bed, just feel like home.」

「10年來入住第三次，客房整潔、舒適，特別是老闆非常親切，熱誠幫助提供旅遊資訊，解決我們的問題，值得推薦。」

「bad hotel situation and cleaning, also reception attitude is bad」
