My room was comfortable and practical, with everything I needed. The staff were all friendly, and I especially want to thank the gentleman who helped me with my bag and guided me to my room—he went above and beyond in making me feel welcome and looked after, even helping me get familiar with the area. "The service was superb. Rataj Abutaleb, Reception & Shabaan were outstanding helping me in every single way from calling Taxis to bookings. Shabaan always alert to do whatever was needed to make my stay enjoyable and they succeeded. Can’t be better assets for the hotel!"

"I had high hopes for this place. A great view of the Red Sea? Our room had no windows, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was no hot water in the morning. Private beach - accessable by bus 4x a day. People were super loud in the hallways until 4am. Despite having a reservation for 2 people, we were told we could only have 1 breakfast and lay for the other, but the breakfast buffet was mediocre at best.

"If you wanna know what it’s like to see mars on earth you must come here. There are many camps in wadi rum but this camp is so beautiful. I stood in the dome and it looked exactly like the pictures. The staff are very friendly the buffet breakfast and dinner was perfect. They even provide you a free stargazing tour at night. The tour guide explained the stars in full detail and even took pictures of us. I came here for my birthday and I’m so happy i did. The rooms don’t have a TV but who need's one when you could enjoy each other‘s company. I highly recommend to come here. You must experience this at least once. Now the price point may be a little expensive but it’s worth every cent. I don’t Recommending paying for a tour guide for the ride to see wadi rum on site since the price point is very high. Speak to a local off the camp site and haggle the price points. It does get cooler in the nights since I did come in May and during the daytime by 7:30 AM the sun is out in full effect. They will also try to sell you the hot air balloon ride. I didn’t do it on site, but the price point is expensive. I stood two nights i suggest one night and you can go somewhere else since it’s very expensive but no regrets. "
"This was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The facilities are clean, outdoor pools are large and the private beach makes all the difference. Breakfast was also delicious and the staff make sure you are looked after well.
Specific mention to Saddad at the front desk who looked after us and gave us a really high level of service.
I don’t have any criticism only that there isn’t an indoor pool, and the gym is slightly more dated but still runs well. "
