「Bar was Good , Tiki Hut was fun . Room could use better amenities, not terrible but could use a better coffee maker 」

「The staff were sweet as can be and very helpful. I overheard the staff tell a client No animals and No smoking. Our room was completely full of dog hair on the floor like it hadn’t been swept in days. I was shocked. I did not notify anyone as I didn’t want to make a scene. The sheets and bed were clean and comfortable. Overall not bad except the floors. I took pictures to confirm.」

「Great breakfast, good choices, plenty of seating and kept well stocked and clean. I really prefer staying places where the room is cleaned daily but we were only there 2 nights so it wasn’t an issue」

「The front desk staff was super nice and helpful....Us girls stay every year there for our girls weekend trip, and we always have a great stay!」

「The small cabin we booked was very intimate & cozy. It is located approximate to Alexandria Bay with very easy access to the rest of the Seaway Trail. Only thing of question was the bed was a little soft & the bathroom a little tight for a guy my size. We definitely enjoyed our stay overall!」

「我在网上订的是一个房间两张床，他们竟然给的是一张床的房间，跟前台交涉他们竟然把责任推给网站，好说歹说搞了半天，才给我们换了一个房间，另外一个加钱给他们都不给换，要不是外面下着大雨，我们早就换另外一家了，进了房间地毯颜色看过去又脏又旧，床上的毯子都结成一粒粒的球，房间的空调又老又旧，声音又大。床垫的弹簧都往中间部位塌陷，建议你们出来旅游，不要花了钱还要受这闲气」

「This place is disgusting. There is brown liquid literally dripping down the walls in the lobby. Elevator was out of service, it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana, the room was filthy and had stains on the comforter and looked like someone had been laying on it, there was black hair all over the bathroom, rust, and dirt. There were also very sketchy people clearly living in the hotel. We left immediately and were denied a refund.」
