"The property was really beautiful. We stayed in the main pool for the most part and loved the swim up bartender Erubey. Also, Vianey was a sweetheart and provided great poolside service when we werent in the pool. Stop by and get the tacos at Tipico. They are a must...even better if Betsy is your server. Milo and Agave were excellent and the main lobby bar had stellar drinks and service provided by Adolfo and Rojelio. Overall 10 out of 10."

"My wife and I arrived on 4/11/25 and were breath taken by the whole resort. Services were beyond anything I could ever ask for. Additionally, it made us feel like a weight has been lifted and we could breathe and relax. The food was exceptional, the room service was perfect, and overall it was just perfect. We had help from lots of staff members, but the one who stuck out to me was David who over saw the beach area. The one who wore the red shirt. He made our seating experience go smooth every time we showed up. Thank you all for the beautiful experience!"
